Yesterday, in partnership with Bund and GermanWatch Sandbag launched it's latest report focussing on the performance of key German companies accruing large volumes of surplus permits under the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) Germany is the country responsible for the largest share of emissions in the EU ETS (31%).
