Greenpeace activists on a crane of the Electricite' de France's (EDF) proposed new European Pressurized Water Reactor (EPR) on the second day of action against the construction site. Thirty activists from six European nations halted the construction at the site, blocking the entrance with trucks and occupying cranes and other construction equipment. Greenpeace is demanding an immediate end to construction at both Flamanville in France and Europe's other EPR site at Olkiluoto, Finland, calling the plants dangerous, unnecessary and uneconomic. © Greenpeace / Jiri Rezac
