Einziehen sollen vor allem studentische und andere einkommensschwache junge Familien mit Kindern, die sonst auf dem angespannten T\u00fcbinger Wohnungsmarkt kaum Chancen haben auf bezahlbaren Wohnraum.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcrger-AG bedeutet, dass kein Gro\u00dfinvestor die Entscheidungen dominieren soll. Pro Aktion\u00e4r gibt es nicht mehr als 5 Prozent Stimmrecht, unabh\u00e4ngig von der H\u00f6he der Einlage.
