Artificial intelligence offers new opportunities for a faster energy transition and for achieving the goal of unlimited clean energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solar industry will also be significantly shaped by artificial intelligence (AI) in the coming years. It is already delivering efficiency gains and automation processes in the PV and wind industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI is also about the possibility of higher dimensions of being and consciousness. It allows us to learn more about ourselves and our place in the universe. Of course, machine learning and machine consciousness have a different dimension than human learning and human consciousness. But perhaps a creative process can strike a balance between the two levels. Thanks to quantum physics, we have known for a long time that everything is connected to everything else. This is scientifically indisputable today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless, a fundamental difference will probably remain in the future:<\/strong> Machine existence was created by human computer programmes, but we humans did not create ourselves. In the boundary-crossing book “Bewusstseinssprung mit KI? Spiritual Conversations with Artificial Intelligence,\u2018 Sabina Giuletti<\/u><\/a> and Claude have conducted an interesting and surprising dialogue on these questions via the AI system Open AI, ChatGPT. It is good that Pope Leo XIV said at the beginning of his pontificate: \u2019Leo XIII faced the challenges of the first industrial revolution \u2013 today we are facing a new one: the revolution of artificial intelligence.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate protection in combination with the global solar revolution and artificial intelligence could also become a leitmotif of the new papal era. Quantum physics teaches us that every exchange generates vibrations \u2013 why shouldn’t this law of nature also apply to vibrations between human and machine intelligence? An exciting question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the German government, Germany is to become climate neutral by 2045. AI can and will help us achieve this. Green electricity will account for the majority of Germany’s energy supply in the future, with electrically powered heat pumps playing a key role. Without heat pumps, there can be no energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can AI really lead us to a leap in consciousness and greater responsibility for future generations?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

That is still an open question today. Every new technology has always been both a new opportunity and a threat to us. The decisive factor is what we humans make of it. First of all, we need to recognise this new opportunity. Perhaps we are indeed on the verge of a new co-evolution between natural, human and artificial intelligence. Perhaps, with the help of artificial intelligence, we will achieve a spiritual quantum leap for humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This would probably be a new balance between heart and mind, between technology and consciousness, transcending all previous limitations. And it would invite us to think bigger and further. An opportunity for politics, business and society. This will give rise to entirely new coalitions and relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, the influential and renowned sociologist Professor Hartmut Rosa arrives at his thesis \u2018Democracy needs religion\u2019<\/u><\/a>, which immediately and unexpectedly became a best-selling book. Rosa derives a new sociology of world relations with secular and religious perspectives. In the greenhouse of the mind and soul, much more is possible than we previously thought, beyond all previous expectations and limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why the global solar energy revolution<\/u><\/a> can no longer be stopped. It is irreversible. The Chinese government had previously announced that CO2<\/sub> emissions in the Middle Kingdom would decline for the first time from 2030. However, the British specialist portal Carbon Brief has just reported that Beijing’s emissions were already 1.6 per cent lower in the first quarter of 2025 than in the same period last year. That is something, at least. As China is currently the world’s largest CO2 emitter, this positive trend reversal is significant for the whole world. And this is happening at the same time as the Chinese economy is growing. Until recently, this was considered unthinkable. In China, too, solar and wind power plants produce far cheaper energy than coal-fired power plants. This is already being achieved with the help of artificial intelligence. That is why the new Pope believes that artificial intelligence is or will become the new social issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can imagine a future in which AI and humans are not competitors, but companions. Human creativity, empathy, intelligence and spirituality can also learn from the intelligence, networking and innovative power of machines. Jesus already dreamed of a \u2018new heaven\u2019 and a \u2018new earth\u2019. The future wants to be born through us. We humans are nothing more than the result of a long, creative process of self-organisation. This adventure continues. Let us look forward to it and work together to make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
